21 Feb (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has stated that the Maha
Kumbh Mela will greatly boost the state's economic development, contributing
around Rs 3 lakh crore. During the
assembly's Question Hour, he made this comment on the budget. Adityanath linked the state's economic
development to the Maha Kumbh, highlighting Uttar Pradesh's march toward a
trillion-dollar GDP. He promised that top
authorities are overseeing comprehensive action plans in 10 areas. The Chief
Minister stressed India's status as the world's fastest-growing major economy,
rejecting the opposition's concerns. He
expressed optimism that India will become a five trillion dollar economy by
2027, instilling pride in the country's 140 crore population.
