Dharamshala, 21 February (HS): Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama has returned to his residence in Dharamshala after about one and a half months.

The Dalai Lama left for Bylakuppe in Karnataka from his residence in McLeodganj on January 3.

The Dalai Lama was given a grand welcome by thousands of followers from Kangra Airport to McLeodganj with traditional musical instruments, dance and flowers.

During his Karnataka visit,Dalai Lama participated in various programs and also gave teachings.
