Mahakumbh Nagar, 21 February (HS): Devotees and eminent people are continuously arriving in the world's largest fair Maha Kumbh, being held on the land of Prayagraj. On Friday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma reached Prayagraj with his family.
On this occasion, he said, It is a great fortune to take a bath in Kumbh. I am very grateful to God that he gave us a chance to take a bath. The fair has been managed efficiently. I thank Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the entire administration.''
Sarma said, under the guidance of the Prime Minister, once again India's Sanatan civilization and culture has emerged in front of the world. This Maha Kumbh has proved that Sanatan is the past; present and future of the world.
Tweeted after bathing: After bathing in the holy Sangam, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma shared two posts on his X account. In the first post written in Hindi, he wrote, I got the immense fortune of bathing in the Triveni Sangam with my family in Teerthraj Prayagraj. As long as the sun and moon exist, Sanatan Dharma will remain. Har Har Mahadev
In the second post written in English, Sarma wrote, Words fail to describe my experience of bathing today in the Triveni Sangam, which is not just a confluence of rivers - it is a confluence of faith, spirituality and heritage of crores of saints.
