Delhi, 26 December (H.S.): The four-day winter session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly will be held from January 5 to January 8, during which important legislative and procedural business will be taken up.

Addressing a press conference at the Delhi Assembly complex on Friday, Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta said the fourth session of the eighth Delhi Legislative Assembly will be convened at the Assembly भवन from January 5 to 8, 2026. The session will begin with the address of the Lieutenant Governor.

An official notification in this regard has been issued.

The Speaker said all administrative and procedural preparations are being completed in advance to ensure smooth and orderly conduct of the session. He added that significant legislative and procedural matters will be taken up during the four-day session and several important papers will be laid on the table of the House.

He further said that five reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India are scheduled to be tabled during the session.
