New Delhi, 22 December (H.S.): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held key meetings on Monday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah here, accompanied by Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Lalan Singh and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary.

Following the discussions, Samrat Choudhary posted on X that after the National Democratic Alliance's resounding mandate in Bihar, Kumar met PM Modi in New Delhi, crediting the Prime Minister's guidance for propelling both nation and state forward while receiving invaluable direction on achieving a developed Bihar.

Earlier, Kumar conferred with Amit Shah, who subsequently shared on X that he met the Chief Minister, Lalan Singh, and Samrat Choudhary, affirming the Modi-Nitish government's commitment to elevating public welfare and good governance in the state.
