Nagpur, 19 Dec

(HS): IndiGo Airlines has announced direct flights from Nagpur to Navi Mumbai

starting from December 25. The newly opened Navi Mumbai Airport helps in

reducing burden over the Mumbai Airport.

IndiGo has also

started booking of tickets. The Navi Mumbai Airport will facilitate visitors of

Navi Mumbai and Central Mumbai as it will reduce the travelling time in Mumbai

and avoid traffic congestions.

The Vidarbha region’s

connectivity to Navi Mumbai will also help several business organisations in

Vidarbha region.

The initial fare

is expected to be around 5,000 to Rs 8,000.
