19 Dec (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday paid

tributes to the heroes of the 'Kakori train action' on their martyrdom day. In

a post on X, he remarked, “Humble tributes to the heroes of the Kakori Train

Action, the immortal echo of India's self-respect, Pt. Ram Prasad Bismil,

Ashfaqulla Khan, and Thakur Roshan Singh, on their martyrdom day. All of you

gave your all to keep the flame of freedom and honor of the motherland ablaze.

Your legacy will continue to inspire us to keep national interest paramount.”

Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said on 'X', Humble tributes on the

martyrdom day of immortal martyrs Pt. Ram Prasad Bismil ji, Ashfaqulla Khan ji

and Roshan Singh ji, symbols of bravery, fearlessness and unwavering dedication

towards the motherland! In the post, Maurya said, Through the

Kakori Train Action, these immortal heroes shook the foundations of British

rule. The unparalleled courage and sacrifice of these great revolutionaries,

who mobilized youth and patriots and inspired them to fight for the freedom of

their motherland, will forever remain immortal in the nation's memory.
