
Guwahati, 16 December (HS): The next hearing in the Zubeen Garg murder case has been scheduled for December 22, with the court likely to take up crucial proceedings related to the presence of the accused.
Questions are being raised over whether all seven accused in the case will appear in person before the court during the next hearing. During the hearing held on Tuesday, several procedural aspects were discussed, paving the way for the subsequent date of hearing.
Government Advocate Pradeep Kumar Kaur provided detailed information regarding today’s proceedings and the roadmap for the upcoming hearing. He informed the court about the current status of the case and the legal steps to be undertaken in the next phase.
