Noida, 11 Dec (HS): A woman hospital employee has filed a report at the
Surajpur police station in Greater Noida, alleging that a man living in her
neighborhood made an obscene video of her while she was bathing and then raped
her after blackmailing her on the basis of the video. According to the woman,
he is making her obscene video viral on social media. He has also sent her
obscene video to several of his friends, using which they intend to blackmail
her. Police have registered a report of the incident and are investigating the
matter.
Inspector
Vinod Kumar, in-charge of Surajpur police station, said that a woman filed a
report at the police station last night, claiming she works in a hospital and
has two children, whom she supports with her earnings. According to the woman,
she used to live on rent near Durga Talkies. She met Shivkumar, who worked with
her. He started visiting her. Meanwhile, Shivkumar rented a room near her house
and began talking about his love affair with her. According to the woman, six
months ago, Shivkumar made an obscene video of her while she was bathing and
started blackmailing her by showing it to her. According to the woman, Shivkumar
blackmailed her using that video and forcibly raped her several times. During
this time, he also deceitfully obtained obscene photos and videos of her.
According
to the woman, fed up with the threats and harassment from the accused, she
vacated her house in October and moved to the Bisrakh area. She alleges that
Shivkumar gave her mobile number, obscene photos, and videos to his associates,
Lekh Ram, Guddu, and Komal. These individuals are blackmailing her by calling
her and sending obscene videos and photos. The accused are also making her
obscene videos and photos viral on social media and threatening her. According
to the woman, the accused threatened her with dire consequences if she
complained to the police. She says she is deeply frightened by the threats they
are making and feels a serious threat to her and her children's lives. The
station in-charge stated that the police have registered a report and are
investigating the matter.
