



- Delhi's Chief Minister and RSS All India Executive Member Indresh Kumar to Remain Present Throughout
New Delhi, 10 December (HS): On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, a programme on social-cultural awareness and the Sangh, organized by Hindusthan Samachar, will be held on Thursday (11 December) at 12:30 PM in the Auditorium Complex of the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts here.
The primary objective of this programme is to awaken social and cultural consciousness across the nation and to highlight the Sangh's contributions before the people.
Programme coordinator and Hindusthan Samachar's Regional Editor Dr. Rajesh Tiwari stated on Wednesday that the chief guest for the programme will be Delhi's Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. The proceedings will be presided over by Hindusthan Samachar's Group Editor and Chairman of the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Ram Bahadur Rai. There will be a special presence of Hindusthan Samachar Group's Chairman Arvind Bhalchandra Mardikar.
Dr. Tiwari informed that the keynote speaker, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's All India Executive Member Indresh Kumar, will share his insights on the significance of cultural awareness and social responsibility in contemporary society. He added that Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, as the chief guest, will elucidate upon social awareness and the enhancement of leadership capabilities among the youth.
Meanwhile, ISKCON Bengaluru's Vice President Bharatvarsh Das will serve as the distinguished guest. Programme coordinator Dr. Tiwari remarked that the Sangh's centenary journey has been replete with struggle, service, dedication, organization, and cultural inculcation. The Sangh believes that the elements inherent in India's culture are sufficient for nation-building.
The construction of a society characterized by equality and fraternity constitutes the Sangh's paramount mission. It holds that every individual must comprehend the direction in which they wish to steer their nation and the nature of their potential contribution thereto.
The Sangh inspires its swayamsevaks with a profound India-consciousness, imparting lessons in selfless action and altruistic service. This is deemed attainable only through the integration of spirituality into life.
