
Prayagraj, 05 Sept (HS): A one-day national seminar titled Impact of
Artificial Intelligence on Education, Society, and Politics was organized
jointly by Thakur Har Narayan Singh Degree College, Karailbag, Prayagraj, and
Pragya Pravah. The program was chaired by Devendra Singh Chandel (Manager), Dr.
Uday Pratap Singh (Director), Engr. Vinay Pratap Singh (Deputy Director), and Govind
Bihari Mishra (Chairman of the Committee).
The keynote speaker, Professor
Yogendra Pratap Singh (Director, Pt. Govind Vallabh Pant Institute of Social
Sciences Research, Jhunsi, Prayagraj), enlightened the students about AI,
explaining that AI (artificial intelligence) is controlling modern society. If
AI is imitated in this way, human creativity will be extinguished in the
future.
Therefore, AI must be used within limits. He presented the characters from
the Ramayana, the golden deer, and Ravana's sagely guise, as AI models. He
described the line drawn by Lakshman as a limit. The memoirs of Guru Dronacharya
and Eklavya were explained to the students through very interesting facts,
linking them with AI.
Meanwhile, Prof. Vivek Kumar Singh, Dean of Student Welfare and Head of the
Department of Social Work, Prof. Rajendra Singh (Raju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj,
threw light on the positive and negative aspects of AI and said that AI is
necessary for increasing knowledge in life, but if human life starts operating
according to AI, then the destruction of human society is certain in the
future. The seminar was attended by the Principal, other dignitaries, and
students. Dr. Subhash Chandra (Department of Political Science) conducted the
seminar.
