Amravati, September 29 (HS): “I have come to Madhan to seek the blessings

of Sant Gulabrao Maharaj”, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan

Bhagwat said. The saints like Sant Gulabrao Maharaj were born for a specific purpose

and gave the idea of Dharma and harmony to the whole world, he added. Although

the programme has been titled ‘Ashirwad Prabodhan’ visiting the place where

seeking blessings is important than blessing others, he said.

He was speaking while guiding the devotee family of

Sant Gulabrao Maharaj in the 'Ashirwad Prabodhan' programme organized by Shri

Sant Gulabrao Maharaj Sansthan at Shri Kshetra Madhan in Chandurbazar taluka of

Amravati district on September 28. Chairman Aniruddha Mohod, Secretary Sahebrao

Mohod were present on the dais.

Dr Bhagwat said, the place chosen by saints for

taking birth is never small. The importance of a village is determined not only

by its geographical size but also by the quality, loyalty, and spiritual

foundation of its people. Madhan is blessed with the company and blessings of a

great personality like Shri Sant Gulabrao Maharaj. Hence, Madhan is a place of

pilgrimage. The work of Sant Gulabrao Maharaj was a divine work.

After Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, Sant Gulabrao

Maharaj furthered his mission with a specific plan and showed the path of

Dharma, spirituality and harmony to the society. Saying that there is a need to

reflect on the thoughts of the saints and give direction to the society through

them, Dr. Bhagwat underlined the importance of Sant Gulabrao Maharaj’s work.
