India captain Shubman Gill will represent the Fazilka Falcons in the upcoming Shere-e-Punjab T20 League, while explosive all-rounder Abhishek Sharma has been named the marquee player of Amritsar Surmaiz. Left-arm fast bowler Arshdeep Singh will represent the Ludhiana Lions, while wicketkeeper-batter Prabhsimran Singh has been named the marquee player of the Jalandhar Warriors.

Ramandeep Singh will be the marquee player for the Mohali Kings, while young fast bowler Gurnoor Brar will represent the Bathinda Royals. The presence of these prominent figures from Punjab cricket is expected to enhance both the popularity and competitive quality of the Shere-e-Punjab T20 League.

The league will provide emerging cricketers from Punjab with a major platform to play alongside established international-level players and showcase their talent. It will also give young players an opportunity to learn from experienced cricketers and develop their skills at a higher level.
