Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Awarapan 2’, which hit theatres on August 14, continues to perform strongly at the box office. Although the film witnessed a decline in collections on Monday, its 11th day, during its second week, it has nevertheless surpassed the lifetime collection of Akshay Kumar’s ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. The film has also entered the top five highest-grossing Hindi films of 2026.

According to Sacnilk, ‘Awarapan 2’ earned Rs. 2.75 crore on its 11th day of release. With this, the film’s domestic net collection has reached Rs. 139 crore, while its domestic gross collection stands at Rs. 165.75 crore. Worldwide, the film has so far grossed Rs. 196.55 crore and is expected to enter the Rs. 200-crore global club soon. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the film also features Disha Patani and Shabana Azmi in key roles alongside Emraan Hashmi.

With a domestic collection of Rs. 139 crore, ‘Awarapan 2’ has surpassed the lifetime collection of Akshay Kumar’s ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, which earned Rs. 137.93 crore. In the list of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2026, ‘Dhurandhar 2’ leads with Rs. 1,186.32 crore, followed by ‘Border 2’ at Rs. 362.76 crore, ‘Bhoot Bangla’ at Rs. 199.23 crore and ‘Dhamal 4’ at Rs. 177.91 crore. ‘Awarapan 2’ has now secured the fifth position on the list.

‘Awarapan 2’ is the sequel to Emraan Hashmi’s 2007 film ‘Awarapan’.
