Prayagraj, 11 August (H.S.): The tricolor symbolizes the nation's unity,

democratic values, and commitment to the ideals enshrined in the Constitution.

Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, the tricolor's prestige has

grown exponentially worldwide. Our message is that the tricolor should always

fly with pride around the world, Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development

Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi said during a grand Tiranga Yatra in the

Prayagraj City South Assembly constituency on Tuesday.

He said that for the honor and pride of this tricolor,

the country's brave soldiers faced bullets on the borders and sacrificed their

lives. The tricolor is a symbol of the nation's honor, pride, and glory. He

said that efforts are being made to further strengthen the spirit of patriotism

through the Tiranga in Every Home campaign. He called upon the

people to participate enthusiastically in the campaign and hoist the tricolour

at their homes on the occasion of Independence Day.

To make the Har Ghar Tiranga

Abhiyan-2026 a success and to strengthen the spirit of patriotism,

national unity, and integrity among the people, a Tiranga Yatra was organized

under the leadership of Minister Nandi from Mutthiganj to Kothaparcha. A large

number of youth, women, businessmen, BJP officials, and workers participated in

the Yatra. The entire old city was illuminated with the tricolor as people

marched with the tricolor in their hands.

The old city resonated with patriotic slogans. During

the Tiranga Yatra, thunderous slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai and

Vande Mataram echoed. The sound of drums and cymbals and patriotic

songs filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm and patriotism. Locals showered

flowers along the route to welcome the Yatra.

The procession, which began at Bada Chauraha in

Mutthiganj, passed through Ram Bhavan Chauraha and Chandralok Chauraha and

concluded at the foot of the Kothaparcha Bridge. People showed respect for the

tricolor and welcomed the procession along the entire route.
