Mutthiganj repaired before monsoons

Prayagraj, August 01 (HS): The damaged lanes and roads of

Chhitpur Dalit Basti and Mutthiganj of Prayagraj City South Assembly

constituency used to face the problem of waterlogging during the rainy season.

Industrial Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government and Prayagraj City

South MLA Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi got the roads and lanes repaired from his MLA

fund before the rains this year. Due to which people got a lot of relief from

the problem of waterlogging. On Saturday, Minister Nandi inaugurated these

roads and lanes along with former Mayor of Prayagraj, Abhilasha Gupta Nandi.

Minister Nandi inaugurated the construction work of all the

internal streets in Chhitpur Dalit Basti of Prayagraj City South Assembly

Constituency at a cost of Rs. 34 lakh 27 thousand, interlocking work inside

Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir school campus in Naini Binova Nagar at a cost of

Rs. 15 lakh 74 thousand, interlocking work inside Rajesh Tiwari's compound in

Naini Bazaar at a cost of Rs. 14 lakh 74 thousand, road and drain construction

from the street next to Bholegiri Temple in Katghar to Umesh Jaiswal's house

via Mahesh Chandra Gupta's house to Manoj Kesarwani's house to Devta Deen

Jaiswal's house constructed at a cost of Rs. 17 lakh 6 thousand, interlocking

and road construction from Bhanu Jaiswal's shop in Mutthiganj Arya Nagar to the

house of late Salikram Jaiswal, former minister via Nanhe Agrahari's house to

Shatrughan Jaiswal's house constructed at a cost of Rs. 37 lakh 20 thousand,

and in Mutthiganj Arya Nagar, from Amit Jain's house to Poonam Jaiswal's house

via Kamalendra Jaiswal's house. Inaugurated the construction work of

interlocking road to the house built at a cost of Rs 18 lakh 18 thousand.

Minister Nandi said that this work is an important

initiative towards meeting local needs, focusing on improved transportation, a

clean and accessible environment, and the convenience of the residents.

Balanced development of every area of Prayagraj and the continued expansion

of civic amenities are our priorities. Our commitment to accelerate development

works in the area as well as strengthen the facilities as per the expectations

and needs of the local people continues.
