New Delhi, 19 July (H.S.): The primary market is expected to witness moderate activity during the trading week beginning Monday, July 20. A total of five companies are set to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) this week, including two issues from the mainboard segment and three from the SME segment. Apart from these new offerings, investors can also place bids for two IPOs that opened for subscription last week until July 21 and 22.

In terms of new stock market listings, five companies are expected to make their debut on the exchanges this week. Of these, three companies belong to the mainboard segment, while the remaining two are from the SME segment.

On the first trading day of the week, July 20, Gulf Lloyds will open its IPO worth Rs 18.19 crore for subscription. Investors can submit bids for the issue until July 22. The price has been fixed at Rs 100 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. After the closure of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 27.

The following day, July 21, Metallic Technoforge will launch its IPO worth Rs 49.96 crore. The issue will remain open for subscription until July 23. The price band has been fixed between Rs 72 and Rs 77 per share, while the lot size is 1,600 shares. Following the completion of the IPO process, the company’s shares may be listed on the NSE SME platform on July 28.

On July 22, the third trading day of the week, Cube Highways Trust will open its Rs 5,000 crore IPO for subscription. Investors can bid for the issue until July 24. The price band has been set at Rs 151 to Rs 152 per share. After the closure of the issue, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on July 29.

Shree Balaji Mala’s Rs 18.90 crore IPO will also open for subscription on July 22 and remain open until July 24. The price band has been fixed between Rs 66 and Rs 70 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. The company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform after the IPO closure.

On the fourth trading day of the week, July 23, Extranet Technologies will launch its Rs 166.80 crore IPO. The issue will remain open for subscription until July 27. The price band has been fixed between Rs 120 and Rs 127 per share, with a lot size of 110 shares. The company’s shares are likely to be listed on both BSE and NSE on July 30 after the completion of the IPO process.

Apart from these upcoming IPOs, investors can continue bidding for Southefin Bharat’s Rs 89.76 crore IPO, which opened for subscription on July 16, until July 20. The price band has been fixed between Rs 178 and Rs 187 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares. The company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 23 after the closure of the issue. The IPO has so far received 80 per cent subscription.

Similarly, Caliber Mining’s Rs 450 crore IPO, which opened for subscription on July 17, will remain open for bidding until Tuesday, July 21. The issue has a price band of Rs 402 to Rs 424 per share, with a lot size of 35 shares. Following the closure of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on July 24. The issue has so far been subscribed 1.31 times.

Regarding stock market listings, shares of SBI Funds Limited and Alpine Texworld are expected to make their market debut on July 21. On the same day, Millworks Technologies’ shares may also be listed on the BSE SME platform and begin trading. This will be followed by the listing of Southefin Bharat shares on the BSE SME platform on July 23. On the final trading day of the week, July 24, Caliber Mining shares are expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
