New Delhi, 10 July (H.S.):

Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan will visit Gaya district in Bihar on Saturday, where he will participate in the inaugural session of a training programme organised for members of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.

According to the Vice President's Secretariat, Radhakrishnan will inaugurate the programme at the Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD) in Gaya. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the legislative and administrative capabilities of members of the Bihar Legislative Assembly.

During the visit, the Vice President will also address the gathering. Senior officials of the Bihar Government, the Legislative Assembly, the state administration and public representatives are expected to be present on the occasion.
