Bhandara, 08 June (HS): Two of the seven youths

drown as their boat turned turtle in Wanganga River in Kacharkheda in Bhadara

District. The incident occurred on Sunday evening. Five of the seven swam to

the shore.

The friends has gone for a picnic on Sunday. They

hired a boat for enjoying a bath on the island in the middle of the river. The

boat turned turtle when they were returning throwing everyone in the deep

water. Pawar Murli Chobey and Krishna Jagannath Bokde were carried away in the

flow and drowned. Subodh Vikas Dhok, Akash Kiwate, Kashinath Fattu Meshram, Mrunal

Balkrishna Mandukar and Arjun Motiram Meshram survived as they swam to the

river bank.

The District authorities rushed to the site and

started searching operations for the deceased.
