Hathras, 28 June (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on
Sunday launched a scathing attack on Samajwadi Party national president
Akhilesh Yadav. He said that those who
talk about making Ayodhya a religious city should first look at their own
history. The Samajwadi Party government, which opened fire on Ram devotees,
opposed the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, banned Krishna Janmashtami celebrations,
and even restricted the Kanwar Yatra, is today talking about making Ayodhya a religious
city.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday inaugurated/laid
the foundation stone of 143 development projects worth more than Rs 548 crore
in Hathras, Sikandrarao and Sadabad assembly constituencies. He also
distributed house keys, smart phones and cheques under the Yuva Udyami Yojana
to the beneficiaries. During the programme, he inspected the exhibitions of
various departments. During this, he fed milk to a little girl with a spoon
near the stall and took her in his lap and caressed her.
Chief Minister Yogi said he was surprised to read Akhilesh
Yadav's statement in which he had said that if his government is formed,
Ayodhya will be made a religious city. He said, Hey, what religious city
will you make? First look at your own history. Your own Samajwadi Party
government had opened fire on Ram devotees. Today, under the leadership of
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ayodhya seems to be bringing to life the memories
of the Treta Yuga. Due to the hard work and efforts of Ram devotees, Ayodhya has
become a center of attraction for devotees from all over the world. In such a
situation, now even the Samajwadi Party has started remembering Ayodhya.
We don't need graveyards, we need temples: The Chief
Minister alleged that the Samajwadi Party government had even stopped Sri
Krishna Janmashtami celebrations in police stations and jails. The Kanwar Yatra
was also banned. Now, more than 22 temples in Hathras have been beautified, but
this work would never have been possible under the Samajwadi Party government.
Back then, this money was spent on building boundary walls for graveyards. We
have diverted that money to temples. We need temples, not graveyards, because
temples are the center of our faith.
Visit Ram Lalla, perhaps you will come to your senses: The
Chief Minister advised Akhilesh Yadav to stop worrying about Ayodhya because
Ayodhya does not need anyone for its identity. Akhilesh ji, Ayodhya has been
decorated and beautified by Ram devotees. You do not worry about it. Repent and
visit Ram Lalla once, perhaps you will come to your senses. If SP really wants
to respect religious faith then it should openly speak in favor of
Mathura-Vrindavan and Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. The Chief Minister said that
just like the Ram Janmabhoomi Mukti Andolan was carried out, in the same way
Samajwadi Party should openly talk about running a campaign for the liberation
of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi.
The angry cat scratches the pole: Chief Minister Yogi said that
his government is working on a war footing to provide all basic amenities to
the devotees visiting Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. But the Samajwadi Party lacks
the courage because its entire agenda is limited to appeasement politics.
Akhilesh ji, you lack courage. Beyond bowing to the mullahs and clerics, you
have no agenda for the development of the state, the upliftment of Ayodhya,
Mathura, and Kashi, or the strengthening of their mythological identities. Stop
fooling the public. Don't live up to the saying A disgruntled cat
scratches the pole. Ayodhya is recognized worldwide and doesn't need a
certificate from any political party.
Before 2017, riots, curfews, and mafia were the hallmarks of
Uttar Pradesh. Today, Uttar Pradesh has become a model of development and
security. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that development is possible only
where there is a strong security and law and order environment. The three
assembly constituencies have received projects worth approximately Rs. 548
crore, for which he congratulates all residents. Hopes and aspirations for
development are fulfilled only in a better security environment. Where riots,
disturbances, and frequent curfews are prevalent, development and a bright
future cannot even be imagined.
He said that before 2017, Uttar Pradesh was in a similar
situation. There was hardly a single district without riots. The Jawaharbagh
incident in Mathura, the Kosikalan riots, and the riots in Meerut, Aligarh, and
Muzaffarnagar had become the state's hallmarks. Curfews were imposed every
other or third month, bringing business to a standstill, young people losing
their jobs, and tarnishing the state's image across the country. However, the
situation has completely changed in the last nine years. Now, there are no
riots, no curfews, and no hooliganism tolerated in Uttar Pradesh. During
Muharram, nearly 12,000 processions were taken out across the state, but
nowhere did a riot, disturbance, or curfew occur. Hathras will no longer be
deprived of development. The industrial sector here is rapidly developing. Due
to its connection to the Mathura-Bareilly four-lane, investment is increasing
and industries are being established.
Before 2017, the youth of Uttar Pradesh used to hide their
identity: Chief Minister Yogi said that good governments, along with
development, provide welfare to the poor, employment to the youth, respect to
women, and security to businessmen. The government is also continuously taking
effective steps to increase the income of farmers. The decision of one vote can
change the future of the state. When the public presses the lotus button and
elects BJP and NDA candidates, in return, the safety of businessmen is ensured,
the security of daughters is strengthened, and employment opportunities for
youth increase. Today, when youth from Uttar Pradesh travel to other states,
they no longer have to hide their identity. Before 2017, the youth of the state
avoided revealing their identity because previous governments had tarnished the
state's image.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath personally handed over house
keys, cheques, Ayushman cards and smartphone phones to beneficiaries Durgesh
Kumar, Chandra Prakash, Preeti, Sonia, Jyoti, Meena Devi, Radha Devi, Vimal
Raju, Mamta and Margashree. Present on the occasion were MP Anup Pradhan
Valmiki, MLA Anjula Singh Mahor, MLA Birendra Singh Rana, MLA Pradeep Kumar,
senior BJP leader Dinesh Sharma, District President Prem Singh Kushwaha, Lok
Dal District President Shyam Chaudhary, Apna Dal (S) District President Ravi
Saraswat and others.
