Nagpur, 07 Mar (HS): Nagpur’s Gandhe brothers operating a small

restaurant in Nagpur won the coveted Master Chef India Trophy and a cash prize

of Rs 20 lakh in the recent season, the results of which were declared on

Friday night.

Gandhe brothers – Vikram and Ajinkya run and small bakery and

restaurant in Nagpur entered the Master Chef contest with no expectations. With

their culinary expertise and thinking they could reach the finale of the tough

contest from contests from all parts of the country.

The grand finale they were judged by the renowned celebrated

chefs Sanjeev Kapoor with Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar and Kunal Kapoor.

Meanwhile, banners of Gandhe brothers were installed in various

parts of the city as they reached the finale of the contest.

They were the first contest in the competition which fetch

non-professional cooks from across the nation. In the Grand Finale they faced

tough contest from cooks from Hyderabad and Odisha.

Gandhe brothers have a small restaurant in Sneha Nagar near Go

Gas outlet on Nagpur Wardha Road.
