Ramban, 04 March (H.S.): Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan today conducted a surprise inspection of Community Health Centre (CHC) Batote to review the functioning of the healthcare facility and assess the quality of services being provided to the public.

SSP Arun Gupta; ADC Varunjeet Singh Charak; Addl. SP Mujeeb-ur-Rehman and other concerned officers accompanied the Deputy Commissioner during the visit.

During the inspection, the DC inspected wards of the hospital and took stock of the facilities available for patients. He reviewed the availability of doctors, paramedical staff, medicines and diagnostic facilities.

He directed the health authorities to ensure adequate stock of essential medicines and proper

maintenance of hospital infrastructure. Stressing the importance of patient care, he instructed the medical staff to remain responsive and ensure prompt and compassionate service delivery.

The DC also checked the attendance and punctuality of the staff and directed that strict discipline be maintained. He emphasized that any negligence in duty would be dealt with firmly.
