Guwahati, 31 March (HS): The Assam Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday organized a programme at Vajpayee Bhawan to release its ‘Sankalp Patra’ prepared for the upcoming elections.

The manifesto was formally unveiled by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who attended the event as the chief guest. The programme witnessed the presence of prominent party leaders including Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma at the state BJP headquarters.

State BJP President Dilip Saikia, along with several senior leaders and party workers was also present on the occasion. Saikia delivered the welcome address at the beginning of the programme.

The ‘Sankalp Patra’ outlines the party’s vision, promises and key commitments for the forthcoming elections in the state.-----------
