President Droupadi Murmu Vice President C P Radhakrishnan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed warm greetings to all citizens on the occasion of Ram Navami on Thursday. Each of them emphasized Lord Rama as a symbol of truth courage justice and righteous conduct.
President Murmu in a message posted on the social media platform X wished the people of India a happy Ram Navami. She said the festival inspires people to lead lives guided by justice duty and good conduct. Describing Lord Rama as Maryada Purushottam she highlighted that his life offers timeless lessons on sacrifice universal harmony and ideal values. Embracing these ideals she said the entire nation can work together to build a prosperous just and developed India in line with the vision of Ram Rajya.
Vice President Radhakrishnan extended his best wishes on the birth anniversary of Maryada Purushottam Bhagwan Ram. He noted that the life of Lord Rama who embodies patience sacrifice and love for justice continues to be the highest ideal for the entire humanity. His example encourages society to walk the path of social harmony ethical behaviour and selfless service through the ages.
The Vice President prayed for the victory of dharma over adharma for the eradication of immorality arrogance and discord from society so that a better and more peaceful social order may emerge. He also wished for the country to remain steadily on the path of continuous progress.
Prime Minister Modi in an X post wished all families across the country a blessed Ram Navami. He said the life of Maryada Purushottam filled with sacrifice austerity and self discipline inspires citizens to face every situation with full strength and resilience. The Prime Minister added that Lord Rama’s ideals will remain a guiding light for the people of India as well as all of humanity for all time to come. He prayed for the welfare of the nation urging that may Lord Rama’s blessings ensure the well being of all and thus pave the way for the fulfilment of the resolve to build a developed and self reliant India.
