Prime Minister Narendra Modi sought blessings from Maa Katyayani Tuesday morning describing worship of Maa Jagadambe as a source of infinite energy inner strength and divine consciousness that illuminates the heart.

PM Modi shared a Sanskrit subhashitam praying the goddess embodiment of divinity and valor endows all devotees with immense power and self-confidence.
The verse read: “चन्द्रहासोज्ज्वलकरा शार्दूलवरवाहना। कात्यायनी शुभं दद्याद् देवी दानवघातिनी॥” Modi wrote in Hindi: मां कात्यायनी को वंदन! दिव्यता और पराक्रम की अधिष्ठात्री देवी मां की कृपा से उनके सभी भक्तों में अपार शक्ति और आत्मविश्वास का संचार हो। He added that Maa Jagadambe's worship fills the mind with boundless energy and her supernatural radiance bathes the heart in higher awareness.
PM Modi also shared an audio recital praising the goddess rounding out his Navratri observance on the sixth day dedicated to Katyayani one of Durga's nine forms. The message resonated widely amid national celebrations of the festival blending spirituality with calls for resolve and fortitude.
