New Delhi, 05 February (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students in the ninth edition of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' on Friday at 10 AM, marking the first nationwide simultaneous broadcast across multiple Indian cities.

The Education Ministry announced on Thursday that the live telecast will stream on PM Modi's YouTube channel, Doordarshan, and ministry social media platforms. It will also air on Waves OTT, Amazon Prime Video, Jio, Zee5, Sony Liv, and Spotify.

Aligned with National Education Policy 2020, the program aims to foster student confidence, positive thinking, and holistic well-being while transforming exams into a celebratory life event.

PM Modi has encapsulated these ideas in his multilingual book Exam Warriors, available in Braille.

Annually reinvented, Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 expands uniquely: alongside Delhi, events will occur in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Dev Mogra (Gujarat), and Guwahati (Assam), representing North, South, East, West, Central India.Pre-event nationwide student activities engaged nearly 48.1 million participants, including Swadeshi Sankalp Run, self-reliance-promoting student races and marches, Parakram Diwas quizzes, and essay contests at select Kendriya Vidyalayas.

Now a nationwide people's movement, this edition saw over 45 million students, teachers, and parents register via MyGov portal—the highest ever—reflecting sustained collaboration across all states, UTs, and ministry autonomous bodies.
