Bhubaneswar, 23 February (H.S.) : The state government has extended the deadline for submission of the Annual Property Statement for the year 2025 by all government employees. According to an order issued by the General Administration & Public Grievances (Special Establishment) Department, employees can now submit their property returns online through the HRMS portal until March 15, 2026.
Earlier, the submission was mandatory by January 31, 2026, which was subsequently extended to February 15, 2026 through a letter dated January 29, 2026. However, as many employees still failed to file their returns, the government has decided to grant a final extension.
The government has made it clear that disciplinary action will be initiated against employees who fail to submit their property statements within the stipulated period. All departments, RDCs, Collectors and District Magistrates have been directed to ensure that subordinate staff submit the details before the deadline.
Additionally, a list of officials who fail to submit their returns by March 31, 2026 will be forwarded to the concerned departments. Copies of the order have been circulated to the competent authorities to ensure compliance.
