New Delhi, 18 February (H.S.): Union Health Minister JP Nadda met Brazil's Health Minister Alexandre Padilha on Wednesday during the India-AI Impact Summit.The ministers emphasized collaboration to promote accessible and affordable healthcare services, alongside cooperation in medical product regulation and digital health domains.

During the meeting, JP Nadda highlighted the meaningful discussions on ensuring accessible and affordable healthcare for all. He stressed the need for deeper and stronger cooperation between the two nations in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.

Nadda extended an invitation to Padilha for the upcoming BRICS Health Ministers' Meeting, expressing hope for sustained collaboration with Brazil. He welcomed the Brazilian minister to India for the forthcoming BRICS gathering.
