Lucknow, Oct 27 (HS): UP CM Yogi Adityanath
has highlighted that the
youth of the state
are transforming potential
into success via
skill development, innovation, and increasing job opportunities. The government has focused on transparent hiring
processes, providing hundreds of thousands of government positions
and aiming for wider
employment growth through dual-engine development strategies and the
Skill Development Mission. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister
Yogi Adityanath has remarked that the youth of the
state are shifting from seeking jobs to creating jobs via
entrepreneurship, skill enhancement, and clear recruitment processes. CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted that the state's potential is dependent on changing the
youth's mindset from just looking for jobs to starting businesses and creating employment opportunities for others.
In a post on X, he mentioned, “Whether it is a new vision
for innovation, the courage of entrepreneurship, or the resolve to establish
new benchmarks of excellence in various fields, the youth power of Uttar
Pradesh is today transforming possibilities into achievements through its
talent and hard work. To celebrate the strength, creativity, and
accomplishments of this energetic youth power, I will participate today in the
'TOI Youth Icons Summit & Awards 2026 – UP Chapter' being held in Lucknow. Before
the year 2017, talented youth of Uttar Pradesh had to migrate due to a lack of
opportunities. Corruption in recruitments, nepotism, and disorder had plunged
the future of the youth into darkness. There was talent, but it did not receive
the necessary opportunities and encouragement to advance.”
“After the year 2017, the double-engine government changed
this work culture. Under the successful guidance of the honorable Prime
Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, the double-engine government has created new
opportunities for the youth to move forward by promoting transparent
recruitments, skill development, startups, and entrepreneurship.
Today, the youth power of Uttar Pradesh is not merely
aspiring for employment; rather, it is carving out a new identity in job
creation and playing a leading role in realizing the resolve of 'Developed
Uttar Pradesh-Developed India',” he added.
