Lucknow, 23 Oct (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath said on Friday that the efficacy of administration should be

assessed by the good improvements it brings to people's lives, emphasizing the

importance of public officials in ensuring that government projects reach those

in most need.

The UP Chief Minister will launch a two-day workshop at Lok

Bhavan in Lucknow titled Sādhana Śhrinkhla-2026 (Regional Sadhana Series). This

event, scheduled for October 23 and 24, 2026, is the third regional consultative

workshop organized by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) in partnership

with the Uttar Pradesh government.

The program, called Strengthening Adaptive Development and Humane Aptitude for

National Advancement, is part of Mission Karmayogi and aims to transform

Government Training Institutes into competency-driven institutes. The event

will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister Dr.

Jitendra Singh, and attendees came from eight northern states and four Union

Territories.

The focus is on exploiting AI and digital frameworks, as

well as integrating over 700 training institutions around the country through

the UNNATI site. CM Yogi stated that Uttar Pradesh has enrolled over 1.92

million state workers on the iGOT platform as part of Mission Karmayogi.

Meanwhile, UP CM mentioned in a post on X, “The

meaningfulness of the administration is proven by the positive changes it

brings to the lives of the common people, and our public servants are the most

important carriers of this change. Only when the administrative machinery is

efficient, sensitive, and responsive does the benefit of governance schemes

reach the person standing at the last rung of society, and the resolve for good

governance manifests in the form of public welfare. Prior to 2017, the Uttar

Pradesh government's sick mentality, and its prioritization of nepotism,

appeasement, and corruption, had severely impacted the state's administrative

efficiency, work proficiency, and work culture. Crime, mafia rule, policy

apathy, and an identity crisis had cast a shadow over the state's boundless

possibilities. Under the guidance of the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodiji,

the Double Engine Government is giving a new direction to the country's

administrative work culture through initiatives like Mission Karmayogi.”

He added, “Over the past nine and a half years, Uttar

Pradesh has traversed a historic journey from a sick image to becoming a

breakthrough state, overcoming bottlenecks. Uttar Pradesh is redefining its

administrative, economic, and institutional structure while continuously

establishing new benchmarks of development. To further advance this

transformative journey, today in the national capital Lucknow, in the esteemed

presence of the Hon'ble Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) @DrJitendraSingh

ji, the two-day Regional Sadhana Series-2026 is being inaugurated with the

participation of 8 states and 4 Union Territories. In line with the spirit of

Minimum Government, Maximum Governance, Karmayogi Uttar Pradesh is fully

committed to realizing the resolve of Antyodaya and playing a leading role in

building a developed India. With this faith, heartfelt best wishes to all of

you for the success of Sadhana Series-2026.”

Similarly, in another post on X, he stated, “In the

continued effort to expand the vision of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi

ji's 'Mission Karmayogi,' the third Sadhana Workshop is being organized in

Lucknow on 23rd and 24th October, with the support of the Capacity Building

Commission, in the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Union Minister of State Dr.

Jitendra Singh ji. The ideas, experiences, and suggestions emerging from this

workshop will provide a new direction to inter-state collaboration, develop

shared standards of excellence in public service, and, by strengthening

administrative capacity, accelerate the achievement of goals for public

welfare. @DrJitendraSingh”
