New Delhi, 23 October (H.S.): Uttarakhand Governor Dr Dhal Singh Bisen paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Friday. Before meeting the Prime Minister, the Governor had also held courtesy meetings with President Droupadi Murmu, Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan and former President Ram Nath Kovind.

According to information released by Raj Bhavan, since assuming office as the Governor of Uttarakhand, Dr Bisen has been meeting prominent constitutional authorities and senior leaders in the national capital as part of a series of courtesy calls. His meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday was part of this engagement.

On October 21, Dr Bisen met President Droupadi Murmu and former President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The following day, October 22, he called on Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan at the Vice-President’s Enclave. His meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi took place on Friday, October 23.
