Goalpara, 16 January (HS): Two persons were killed and another seriously injured in a road accident near the Balukdubi petrol pump in Assam’s Goalpara district on Thursday night.

The accident occurred when an e-rickshaw collided with a Bolero vehicle in front of the petrol pump, resulting in a violent impact. The deceased have been identified as Rafila Marak and Dhanmani Nath, both residents of Balukdubi.

Another person sustained serious injuries in the collision and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police reached the spot soon after the incident and initiated an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.----------
