Delhi, 26 September (H.S.): C.R. Patil, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, inaugurated the 6th edition of Nadi Utsav today at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Janpath, New Delhi. Organized by IGNCA under the Ministry of Culture, the
