Srinagar, 23 August (H.S.): The Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Anantnag, Ms Masarat Roohi, has convicted Habibullah Kumar, a Junior Assistant in the Rural Development Department, in a trap case and sentenced him to two years of simple imprisonment a
