Bankura, 1 August (H.S): At least 10 persons were injured when a bus full of passengers crashed near Ashuria crossing in Barajora on Bankura-Durgapur state highway on Friday morning.

According to local sources, a private bus was going from Sonamukhi to Durgapur with about 35 passengers. Near Ashuria crossing, a motorcycle suddenly came in front of the bus and the bus driver lost control while trying to save the bike rider. The bus overturned on the roadside. On information, the police reached the spot. The injured were taken out and sent to Barajora hospital.
