Nagpur, 22 July (HS): The Central Railway has

imposed restrictions on issuance of platform tickets at Nagpur Railway Station

to ensure smooth and safe passage of passengers. The restrictions have been

imposed from July 22 to 25, as a large number of devotees from across the

nation visit Nagpur to attend the Urs at Tajuddin Baba Durgah at Tajbag,

Nagpur.

The platform tickets will be issued in exceptional

cases to help children, women, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities,

who cannot manage independently. The station supervisor is authorised to exercise

his discretion and take judicious action.

The Railway Authorities have appealed to the people

to cooperate during the period.
