27 June (HS): Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan reached Varanasi

on Friday afternoon. At Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Babatpur,

party workers under the leadership of BJP Kashi region president Dilip Patel

warmly welcomed the Union Minister and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh

by offering him a flower bouquet. Those who welcomed him at the airport

included BJP District President Hansraj Vishwakarma, District Panchayat

President Poonam Maurya, BJP Metropolitan President Pradeep Agrahari, Shobhnath

Yadav, Sanjay Yadav, Party Protocol Incharge Shailesh Pandey etc. The Union

Agriculture Minister left for the city from the airport. The Union Minister

will participate in many programs after observing the picture exhibition

related to Emergency set up by the Information Department in Shaheed Park in

front of the Municipal Corporation.
