Chennai Builder Arrested for Rs 25 Lakh Fraud in Joint Development Project
A 39-year-old builder, Ganesh Pandian, was arrested by the Tiruvanmiyur police for allegedly cheating two individuals of Rs 25 lakh and their original land documents in a fraudulent housing scheme.
