New Delhi, June 1(HS): The primary market will see minimal activity during the week starting June 2. Only one new IPO is scheduled, from the SME segment, while bids for an IPO opened the previous week will be accepted until Tuesday. In total, 10 companies will list their shares this week. Four belong to the mainboard segment, and six to the SME segment.
The new IPO from Ganga Bath Fittings, totaling ₹32.65 crore, will open for subscription on June 4 and close on June 6. The price band is set at ₹46 to ₹49 per share, with a lot size of 3,000 shares. A total of 6,663,000 new shares will be issued, with allotments on June 9 and listing on the NSE's SME platform on June 11.
The IPO of 3B Films, which opened on May 30 for ₹33.75 crore, is open for bidding until June 3 and has received a subscription of 0.86 times so far. Its share price is fixed at ₹50, also with a lot size of 3,000 shares, with allotments on June 4 and listing on June 6 on the BSE's SME platform.
On June 2, shares of Leela Hotels and AGS Wopac Terminals will list on the BSE and NSE. The subsequent listings on June 3 include Prostarm Infosystems, Nikita Papers, Blue Water Logistics, and Astonil Labs. Skoda Tubes, NR Vandana Textiles, and Neptune Petrochemicals will list on June 4, with 3B Films concluding the listings on June 6.
