Lucknow, 09 May (HS): Amid
escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, Samajwadi Party president
Akhilesh Yadav has urged individuals to exercise caution and responsible
behaviour, warning them not to fall for disinformation or unconfirmed news
spreading online. Yadav stated in an X
post on Thursday night, We are proud of our brave armed forces. We are
all in solidarity with our nation. He urged people to be calm and avoid
spreading unverified news, noting that such content might be part of the enemy's
attempt to sow discord. The former Uttar Pradesh chief minister wrote in Hindi
that this is a period of crisis that requires even more wisdom. I urge all citizens
not to believe or distribute unconfirmed news or information.
Such rumours might be falsehoods
propagated by national foes as part of a larger scheme or conspiracy. Don't be
fooled or provoked. In his address, Yadav emphasized the significance of personal
responsibility in unpredictable times. Act responsibly for your level. Remain
cool and urge others to do the same. Show solidarity in the face of hardship.
Jai Hind!, the Lok Sabha MP ended.
