Gold, silver prices increase slightly in bullion

New Delhi, May 8 (HS): A slight upward trend in the domestic bullion market has emerged today, with 24-carat gold prices ranging from ₹99,010 to ₹99,160 per 10 grams across various markets in India. Meanwhile, 22-carat gold is being sold for ₹90,760 to ₹90,910 per 10 grams.

On Wednesday, the price of 24-carat gold briefly surpassed ₹1 lakh per 10 grams in several markets, including Delhi, before decreasing. Silver prices have also risen, with silver trading at ₹99,100 per kilogram in Delhi. In Delhi, 24-carat gold is priced at ₹99,160 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹90,910 per 10 grams. In Mumbai, prices for 24-carat and 22-carat gold are ₹99,010 and ₹90,760, respectively. Ahmedabad sees 24-carat gold at ₹99,060 and 22-carat at ₹90,810. Chennai and Kolkata report similar prices, with 24-carat gold at ₹99,010 and 22-carat at ₹90,760. In Lucknow, 24-carat gold is selling for ₹99,160 and 22-carat at ₹90,910.

Other cities, such as Patna and Jaipur, show similar trends, with 24-carat gold at ₹99,060 and ₹99,160 respectively, reflecting a nationwide increase in gold prices.
