New Delhi, May 21 (H.S): Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA), the leading green financing NBFC in India, has been recognized by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) as the top performer among Power and NBFC sector CPSEs for the FY 2023-24. According to DPE's annual performance MoU list, which evaluates 84 CPSEs, IREDA ranks among the top 4, achieving a score of 98 and above.

The agency received an 'Excellent' rating for the fourth consecutive year on January 7, 2025. Expressing pride in this achievement, Shri Pradip Kumar Das, IREDA's Chairman & Managing Director, stated that it reflects the team's commitment to advancing India's renewable energy growth. He emphasized that this recognition reinforces IREDA’s leadership in green financing and dedication to sustainable energy solutions. CMD Das also acknowledged the contributions of various government officials, including Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and Minister of State Shripad Naik, for their invaluable support and guidance.
