Lucknow, 15 May (HS): In a meeting held on Thursday under

the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Yogi Cabinet first

passed a congratulatory resolution thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and

the Indian Armed Forces for the successful implementation of Operation Sindoor.

Finance

and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna said that on the successful

implementation of Operation Sindoor, a felicitation motion was passed on behalf

of the Council of Ministers and the people of Uttar Pradesh for the excellent work

done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Army. He said that the

successful implementation of Operation Sindoor by the Indian Armed Forces has

demonstrated India's firm commitment to national security and its unwavering

stance against terrorism.

The

Council of Ministers salutes the valour, courage and commitment of the Indian

Army and congratulates them wholeheartedly. The whole of Uttar Pradesh is proud

of our brave soldiers dedicated to the defence of the nation. For the

successful implementation of Operation Sindoor, the Council of Ministers

expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has

provided illustrious leadership to the nation. The entire nation is united

against terrorism. This operation is a proof of our strength, unity and our

collective resolve to protect the country. But this has been possible only when

the Prime Minister and the Union Cabinet gave a free hand to the army. He said

that apart from the Cabinet, all the State Ministers and State Ministers with

independent charge were invited and in their presence the proposal was passed

first by the Council of Ministers.
