Gorakhpur, 11 May (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath stated on Sunday that progress and prosperity are only achievable in
a safe atmosphere. Adityanath asserted that security is vital to success,
stating that a robust and safe environment has been developed in all districts
of Uttar Pradesh, setting the path for rapid growth. The chief minister was
speaking after laying the groundwork for Shri Paramhansa Yogananda Janmasthali
Smriti Bhavan, which is located near Kotwali Police Station. The memorial,
dedicated to a global spiritual symbol, would cost Rs 27.68 crore and is slated
to be finished in 18 months. Adityanath took a jab at past regimes, saying,
Before 2017, mafias and corrupt individuals operated parallel to the
government, grabbing land and stalling progress. Today, no one dares to trespass on property
or abuse ladies and traders.” The chief minister also evaluated the project's
layout and directed authorities to achieve timely and high-quality completion.
