New Delhi, April 6 (H.S.): A program was held at the BJP headquarters in Delhi for the 46th Foundation Day. Party president Jagat Prakash Nadda paid floral tributes to deceased leaders Deen Dayal Upadhyaya and Syama Prasad Mukherjee, attended by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and senior leaders.
In his address to the party workers, the BJP president stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party is the only party that has maintained a steadfast ideological foundation. We have not shifted from one side to another for votes, and we have not compromised on ideology to gain power. It is with this strength that the BJP is progressing today, he said.
He mentioned that party leader Syama Prasad Mukherjee resigned from Nehru's cabinet because he believed that a country cannot function with two laws. Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya had expounded on the concept of Integral Humanism. The BJP has promoted Integral Humanism, and under the leadership of Modi Ji, the principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, Sabka Vishwas has been advanced as Antyodaya.
During this occasion, Nadda also stated that the central government does not wish to control the Waqf Board. Our aim is solely to ensure that the management of Waqf operates in accordance with the rules established by law. The assets and funds of the Waqf Board will be dedicated to promoting education, healthcare, and employment opportunities for the Muslim community.
