New Delhi, April 25 (HS): A candlelight march led by opposition leader Rahul Gandhi took place today in New Delhi to honor the victims of the Pahalgam terrorist attack. The march commenced from the party headquarters and concluded at Mahatma Gandhi Smriti, with Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal announcing it on social media. He accused the Delhi Police of disrupting the peaceful march, causing chaos.
Gandhi emphasized solidarity with victims' families, stating, This is a time for unity, not division. Additionally, he visited Jammu and Kashmir to engage with locals about the security situation. The Congress party organized similar protests nationwide in response to the attack.
