New Delhi, April 24 (HS): Since becoming recognized as Lakhtakia in the domestic jewelry market, gold prices have been in a continuous decline. Currently, this downward trend persists for both gold and silver. Today, the price of 24-carat gold ranges from ₹98,240 to ₹98,340 per 10 grams across most of the country.

In contrast, 22-carat gold is priced between ₹90,050 and ₹90,200 per 10 grams. Silver has also seen a price drop, trading at ₹1,00,900 per kilogram in the Delhi market. Specifically, in Delhi, 24-carat gold is at ₹98,340 for 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is at ₹90,200. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold sells for ₹98,240, with 22-carat gold at ₹90,050. Ahmedabad mirrors this, with prices consistent at ₹98,240 for 24-carat and ₹90,100 for 22-carat gold. Chennai shows similar trends, as does Kolkata. In Lucknow, prices for 24-carat gold are at ₹98,340, and 22-carat gold is at ₹90,200.

Patna and Jaipur also display similar values for both gold types.The trend extends to Karnataka, Telangana, and Odisha, where 24-carat gold is priced at ₹98,240, and 22-carat gold is at ₹90,050.
