Guwahati, 02 April (HS): Basistha police arrested two accused in a theft case and recovered stolen goods from their possession.

The Assam police CPRO informed on Wednesday that the arrested persons have been identified as Inamul Ali alias Babu (22) and Rajeev Nath alias Tiku (19). Police have seized stolen goods from them.

Besides, in another operation, police raided the house of Vidya Boro at house number-15, near Bathou temple at Ganeshpara. During the search, police recovered a total of 95.025 liters of foreign liquor of various brands. Police seized the liquor in the presence of witnesses and arrested accused Vidya Boro.
