New Delhi, March 04 (HS): Shares of Nukleus Office Solutions, a company that manages office space, disappointed the company's IPO investors on Tuesday. The company's shares were issued at a price of Rs 234, but today it entered the BSE's SME platform at a discount of Rs 46.80 i.e. 20 percent at a price of Rs 187.20. However, after listing, due to selling pressure, this stock fell to the level of Rs 177.90, but after this buyers started buying.

With the support of this purchase, this stock jumped to the upper circuit level of Rs 196.55 in a short time. Despite this recovery, the company's IPO investors suffered a loss of Rs 37.45 i.e. 16 percent on the first day itself.

Nukleus Office Solutions' Rs 31.70 crore IPO was open for subscription between February 24 and 27. This IPO received an average response from investors, due to which it was subscribed 1.29 times overall. Of these, the reserve portion for non-institutional investors (NII) got 0.87 times subscription. At the same time, the reserve portion for retail investors was subscribed 1.70 times.

The company will use the money raised through the IPO to set up new centers, build IT platforms and for general corporate purposes. Talking about the financial position of the company, as per the claim made in the prospectus, its financial health has continuously strengthened. In the financial year 2022-23, the company had a net profit of Rs 67.27 lakh, which increased to Rs 1.19 crore in the next financial year 2023-24.

The company has earned a net profit of Rs 1.51 crore in the first 9 months of the current financial year i.e. between April to December 2024. During this period, the company has earned a revenue of Rs 21.34 crore.
