NEW DELHI, 4 March (H.S.) : AAP convenor
Arvind Kejriwal left for Punjab today for Vipassana and will meditate for 10
days from March 5 at the Vipassana center in Hoshiarpur. Last time too,
Kejriwal visited this Vipassana center on 20 December 2023 and returned to
Delhi after spending 10 days there.
After losing
the Delhi Assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal is
leaving for Punjab today for Vipassana. This time too he is going to the
Vipassana Center in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Last time too, Kejriwal had gone to
this Vipassana center on 20 December 2023 and returned to Delhi after spending
10 days there. In Vipassana meditation, one has to sit and meditate
continuously for about seven days. During this time, one has to follow strict
rules like being silent, not talking much, and not having any contact with the
outside world.
Even before
entering politics, Kejriwal has been visiting Vipassana centers for yoga
practice. Till now, Arvind Kejriwal has been visiting Himachal, Bengaluru,
Maharashtra, and Punjab for Vipassana practice. Today Kejriwal left for Punjab
from Delhi at 12 noon. According to the rules of Vipassana meditation, AK will
not be in contact with anyone for the next 10 days from March 5. In his
absence, other party leaders Atishi, Manish Sisodia, and Gopal Rai will take
over the responsibility.
